01 Will a removal truck fit down my driveway?
Often not. A large number of Mosman driveways are too steep, too narrow or too tight at the turn for a full-size truck. We would rather establish that when we quote than when we arrive, which is why we come and look at anything substantial.
02 How do you handle a long carry from the street?
We plan it. That usually means an additional crew member so the carry is shared and the job still finishes in a day, and it is included in the quoted figure rather than added afterwards.
03 Can you move a grand piano out of a lower-level room?
Yes, though it is surveyed first. Depending on the stairwell we either dismantle onto a skid and carry, or arrange a hoist. Either way it is assessed and priced before you commit.
